  • Services are provided subject to availability, location and the terms agreed with you.
  • Charges are confirmed before the service is scheduled. Visits are scheduled after confirmation and payment according to the agreed terms.
  • You agree to provide safe access to the site and accurate information about the problem.
  • Tree health depends on many factors outside our control (such as weather, soil, the tree's condition and aftercare). We do not guarantee specific results.
  • To reschedule or cancel a confirmed visit, please contact us as early as possible before the scheduled date. Any cancellation charges or refunds are as agreed with you at the time of booking.

5. Product use

Products must be used strictly according to the label and the manufacturer's instructions. Read all safety information before use and keep products away from children and animals. Product availability, pack sizes and prices are confirmed at the time of order.

This website does not process online payments. Payment methods and terms are agreed directly with our team.
